GENERAL INFORMATION

Our capacity is 150 guest for all functions
Luncheon functions are of a four-hour duration and should conclude by 4.00pm
Evening functions are of a five-hour duration and should not commence before 6.00pm
A 10% Discount is offered for all bookings mid week, Friday or Sunday

MUSIC

We believe that the quality of the entertainment largely contributes to the success of any function
To assist with your selection, we can provide an extensive list of bands and entertainment

PLEASE NOTE

A deposit of $1,000.00 is required to confirm your booking
This deposit is not transferable or refundable in the event of cancellation unless we are able to rebook the date
All clients are required to complete our booking agreement upon paying the deposit
Final arrangements are made approximately six weeks prior to the function and final numbers
are required ten days prior to the function
